PART OF GUFFAW'S EDINBURGH FESTIVAL PREVIEW WEEK. ALL SHOWS ARE WORKS IN PROGRESS AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
PHIL NICHOL-RANTS!
A delightfully comical collection of silly rants on almost every ludicrous topic imaginable, taking you on a riotous exploration of our laughable existence, from the mind-numbingly tedious to the charmingly absurd. Multi-talented Phil Nichol, in this, his fourteenth solo show at the Fringe, laughs at almost everything, from the guys who help you wash your hands in public toilets to the global banking crisis and anything in between. It’s possibly the funniest show that has ever been written by a master of exaggeration. Comedy with passion.

ALISTAIR BARRIE- URBAN FOGEY. Join one of the circuit’s top headliners as he discusses tailoring, riots, the coalition, Facebook, Twitter, and why hats do more than keep your head warm. Is he a superhero ready to change the world or merely a misplaced food blogger in a slightly effeminate jacket? Comedy Store ‘Cutting Edge’ regular, Alistair also co-writes, produces and performs in the topical podcast and panel show ‘No Pressure To Be Funny’ at the Soho Theatre alongside LBC’s James O’Brien and guests that have included Alexei Sayle, Jack Dee, Mark Thomas and Rich Hall. He has recently appeared with Jimmy Carr in the Comedians’ Special of Celebrity Deal or No Deal in a very nice jacket.
