Scotch whisky is more than a drink; it carves out Scotland’s identity in almost 200 countries. Made only in Scotland for 500 years, it is seen as a literary and cultural icon heralded around the globe. The Scotch Whisky Association, a leading whisky maker, and an MSP panellist will consider Scotch whisky’s economic and cultural contribution. They will ask whether it can be a pioneer for other Scottish products, and discuss how this key employer and contributor to the economy is integral for Scotland’s heritage and future.
In association with the Scotch Whisky Association and the Scottish Parliament’s Cross-Party Group on Scotch Whisky.
