A panel including Mark Muller Stuart QC, Dr. Željko Komšić, a Bosnian politician who currently serves as Croat Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina; former First Minister of Scotland the Rt. Hon Dr Jack McConnell and Tim Phillips, Co-Founder of the Project on Justice in Times of Transition and member of the Advisory Committee for the Club de Madrid, discuss the international influence of smaller nations on issues such as security, the world economy and democracy and the growing demand for support in responding to crisis.
