*Patti Plinko is a dramatic, blue grass and gypsy folk tinged songstress and self-described 'manic chanteuse'. We welcome her and her band back to the Gypsy Hotel stage!

TEXAS TERRI & FRIENDS - Punk Rock Queen Unplugged!
*Wikipedia Says: Texas Terri, (born Terri Laird, April 6, 1955) is a punk rock singer and songwriter originally from Austin, Texas. She has been in the rock 'n' roll business for over two decades.Texas Terri has been compared to Iggy Pop, Lux Interior, Mick Jagger and amongst others by the music press , she has developed a reputation for wild, scantily clad stage antics including regular performances where she would rip off her shirt to only be censored by electrical tape reading 'TXT' (her preferred shortening of her name).

Gypsy Hotel Says: TT and friends plug in the acoustics and play some of her songs as well as covers by the Stones, Stooges and more!

*We don't often have male strippers at Gypsy Hotel, so when we do we might as well have one that is on a unicycle! Hope you're up for some one-wheeled action Ladies & Gents!

JOLLY JOCK - Comedy Troubadour Extraordinaire!
* We stumbled across this comic genius madman at a UK festival earlier this "summer" and simply begged him to perform for us. He plays trombone, guitar, ukulele, kazoo, sings and tells jokes, but not at the same time he likes to add - he also gives out free air guitars!!

LUXURY CONDO - Front Row Sleaze!
*Furnished with dark, bluesy, jazz and country songs crafted from the finest lyrical wit, lush musical arrangements and the catchiest of choruses, Luxury Condo has been described as "bringing Lynchian eeriness to barroom blues, while drawing on rhythms found south of the border" .

BILLIE RAE - Bohemian Starlet!
*With her red hair and ivory skin, Billie Rae is a unique and talented Burlesque dancer and fire performer with grace and poise reminiscent of the bohemian starlets and vamps of the 20's. Whether dancing with fire or weaving her fans Ms Rae can take you back to the truly decadent and strange world of smoky Opium dens, the promiscuous Casbahs and the lavish bordellos of that hedonistic era. A meld of circus treats and theatre macabre with classical dance, eroticism and ornate costumes.

THE GOMEZ ANGEL FIRE QUARTET - Bad Ass Brass Bitches!
*Very little is known of this Quartet except that they play New Orleans inspired music and don't like stages and prefer to play on the floor amongst the audience. Their show will be in tribute to NOLA legend Uncle Lionel who died last week.

* Andy Twyman is a one man 100% genuine Blues boogie machine...like John Lee Hooker on acid, with a touch of The Clash thrown in!

dj SCRATCHY - Resident Wax-Spinner!
*Scratchy has been our resident DJ, compere and musical guidance since the beginning of the club. He has toured the world as a warm up DJ for The Clash, Gogol Bordello, Dr Feelgood, The Urban Voodoo Machine and The Pogues
amongst others. Do not ask him to play Madonna! Do check out his weekly radio show though!
