For 2012, Auchentoshan Presents has travelled the length and breadth of the country, delivering a series of classically modern events with some of the UK’s leading creative experts. Auchentoshan Presents is taking its final event of the year to Edinburgh, with Shacklewell Nights, a classically modern hidden dining experience.
This pop-up dining experience will be a night full of whisky and food-matching presented by one of London's pioneers of the secret dining scene, Claire Roberson. Claire is part of Green Onions Secret Supper Club and more recently has been involved with Shacklewell Nights. The exciting hidden dining venture has appeared at interesting and unusual venues across London, with each event selling out within moments. The dining establishment will serve a menu of carefully sourced local and seasonal ingredients in a relaxed and informal environment.
Auchentoshan, pronounced ock-un-tosh-an, is a traditional and authentic Single Malt, distilled three times and matured in the finest wood, producing a smooth and delicate spirit; a complex, modern expression of a classic Single Malt Whisky. It is a whisky that’s been produced with passion and enriched with heritage.
