From her tenure as a member of De Dannan, spanning the golden years of that legendary group alongside Mary Black and Dolores Keane, to her four record stint with Loreena McKennitt and as a touring member of The Chieftains, Caroline Lavelle has maintained the thread of creativity that connects her Irish heritage to her rural English roots. When coupled with a love of cutting edge pop and a traditional classical cello training Caroline has also been at the forefront of expanding those traditions into the field of Electonica via her work with Massive Attack and William Orbit, Jam Nation and the Afro Celt Sound System.
Fans of Imogen Heap, Beth Orton, Sandy Denny, Kate Bush, June Tabor & Roy Harper will find much to enjoy here.
Please Note: the venue comprises both seated and standing space. There are a limited number of tables. These are reserved for diners only and are allocated on a first come first served basis. If you’d like a table, please ensure you arrive early (doors open 7pm).
