2012 saw this Sheffield-based Folk/Americana musician release 'Shores of Amerikay'; recorded in just 3 days, it brought together the award-winning line-up of Katriona Gilmore, the Incredible Washboard Pete II, Geth Griffith and John Ellis. The recipient of the Good Traditions Award at this year's BBC Folk Awards, Bill Leader, also worked on the project.
Michael has also supported Lucy Ward, Ewan McLennan and the Albion Band and performed around the UK and abroad.

Rose Lippard and Tim Graham
Rose Lippard ("pure Anne Briggs" - Steven Collins) and Tim Graham ("Shades of Bert Jansch" - Glastonbury Folk Club) are a young duo who perform traditional and folk songs sourced from both text and their favourite recordings. Having met each other through a mutual friend who thought they might get along, Tim and Rose have been sharing music for the last three years and now perform together with a mutual respect for each other's talents and a love of the music they work with. Their track 'Lankin' was described as "superlative... I could almost swear I was hearing a young Eliza Carthy" and is included on the physical copy of their first E.P, also available as download from
