Andrew Lawrence's live performances have gained international recognition as he has played at all the top comedy festivals enjoying mass critical acclaim. He has twice performed at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and at the 2009 Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal. He has performed seven consecutive all-new solo shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival - two of which were nominated for the Edinburgh Comedy Awards - where he consistently plays to sell out audiences and receives rave reviews. In August 2012, he returned with his seventh Edinburgh solo show, entitled Andrew Lawrence Is Coming To Get You which he took on the road in Sept 2012 as his third national tour. Andrew is a regular on TV and has performed stand-up on both Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow and Dave's One Night Stand. More recently he featured on BBC1's flagship stand-up show Live At The Apollo and having appeared as a headline guest on C4's Stand Up For The Week he returned as a weekly regular on the fourth series of the topical show which transmitted for several months in 2012. This will be Andrew Lawrence's second visit to Teesdale. He was the highlight of the Funny Way To Be Comedy Club Night in the marquee show in 2011. The comedy club is delighted to welcome him back for a full show as part of his sell out tour.
