BRIGHTON: Fringe at The Caroline of Brunswick

My new show is going to be about the power of the mind how it works and how weird and wonderful discoveries about it have been made. Im going to look at some of the oldest and oddest ideas about the brain. Im also going to look at how we distinguish between lies and the truth and ,in particular, a group that researchers have called Truth Wizards people who are unusually accurate at telling when people are lying to them. As with my previous shows, I hope to mix funny stories about historical figures and discoveries with stories from my own life using a combination of lecture, stand-up comedy, audience participation, Powerpoint, silly props and shadow puppets.
