A group of virtuoso Argentinian musicians who blend gypsy and tango music, giving rise to a unique genre characterized by the passion and the euphoria coming from gypsy music and the melancholy and nostalgia of Argentinian tango...
Zingaros' music is sensitive and descriptive, bringing to mind the life experiences of Eastern European gypsies by means of chords and sounds that spring from Argentinian tango.

Their debut album "Black eyes" was released in October 2004, and was made up of both Russian folk tunes and Eastern European gypsy melodies, together with their own compositions. In 2010 the English Label ARC music, released their second album called "Gypsy Music from Eastern Europe" and they are currently working on a new album "Gitango", which is due for release in April 2013.

The elaborated fusion of Slavonic gypsy music, tango flavour, hot club nuances and contemporary chords, opens up inexhaustible horizons to be explored.

The group played their first ever London show at Green Note back in 2010 and went down a storm! We're looking forward to welcoming them back - this one is not to be missed!
