THE MYSTERY FAX MACHINE ORCHESTRA

Essentially a baroque-pop prog-cabaret band, TMFMO are an alternative orchestra based in London, UK. They play original compositions and songs, some funny some not really that funny, all with a full classical orchestral line-up. They’re basically a band, but an impractically huge band.
The evil mastermind behind the project is accordion-wielding workaholic Martin White. Since its formation in 2007 the MFMO has provided orchestral backing to the diverse likes of Jarvis Cocker, Amanda Palmer, Luke Haines, Robyn Hitchcock, Al Murray The Pub Landlord, Jim Bob, David Devant & His Spirit Wife and John Otway.

Paul, Rhodri, Dicky and Rob began life as Frank Sidebottom's Oh Blimey Big Band for the London area. Dream Themes is their high-concept offshoot project, in which they play semi shit versions of TV theme tunes. Go here for exciting videos of the group - https://www.youtube.com/dreamthemesband

WITHOUT FIDEL
https://www.facebook.com/WithoutFidel
Without Fidel were formed by three-quarters of celebrated electronic indie-poppers Applicants (“Bona-fide geniuses” - NME, “Riotus” - Artrocker, “Parallel universe popstars” - The Guardian) - although a more back-to-basics prospect than their forebears, but no less entertaining for it. With a stripped-back line-up of acoustic guitar, drums, and whatever instruments the local charity shop happens to have in stock, the band take their lead from Moldy Peaches, The Pastels, Nikki Minaj, Yuck, Felt and Megadeth. Their professed aim is “to treat every show like a party – to which you’re invited, my friend.”
