Mishka Rushdie Momen (born London 1992) is a postgraduate scholar and student of Joan Havill at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama where she previously also studied with Imogen Cooper for 5 years as her only student.
Last season Mishka gave recitals at the Barbican Hall for the pre-LSO series, Wigmore Hall, for the Tillett Trust Monday Platform, and the Bridgewater Hall, and forthcoming recital venues include Cardiff University and The Venue, Leeds.
Her concert experience includes most of the major London venues as well as abroad in New York, Weimar, Prague, Mumbai and Cologne.
Mishka last played for us at Brown's Hotel in Mayfair as part of our Chopin Bicentenary celebrations in 2010, and appeared on the Andrew Marr Show on BBCTV with our President, Lady Rose Cholmondeley, to publicise our concerts.

Chopin-Polonaise-fantaisie in A flat Op.61.
After the recital we offer an informal reception with finger buffet and wine/tea/coffee/juice. Mishka will attend the reception.
