Starring cult icon Doug McClure, this sci-fi-horror-beach movie features scientific experiments which backfire and produce horrific mutations: monsters half-man and half-fish which terrorize a small fishing village by killing the men and raping the women!
Clearly inspired by the likes of Horror at Party Beach and Creature from the Black Lagoon the film was re-edited, after filming, with new footage by Corman to include more nudity, gore and inter-species sex!
After director Peeters and star Ann Turkel saw the finished film they asked for their names to be taken off the movie but this was refused.
