Americana Music Series Presents Jaime Wyatt from the USA.

Jaime is both a young beauty and an old soul who has lived a lifetime in 27 years. Songs like “Believe” and “Walked Through Fire” tell stories of heartbreak, survival and ultimately, redemption. Her voice is described as earthy, raspy and sometimes twangy but undeniably rich. She has been compared to artists like Feist and Sheryl Crow and even called a female Tom Petty. As a dynamic performer, she may move her audience between captivated silence to fits of laughter.

Jaime is a prolific songwriter and musician who keeps busy writing and touring. She released two EP’s with the group American Bloomers, who were featured as musical guests on the Andy Dick Live show, in 2012. Recently their song "Dream on Me" is the title track to PBS documentary "My Future Baby.”
Wyatt’s newly formed project is the all girl Americana trio CALICO The Band, based out of her hometown of Los Angeles. The group just got off a successful tour of the Southwest US, including showcases at Austin’s SXSW music conference. They are official endorsees of the Gretsch/Fender Guitars Roots line and will be performing at many of the 130th Gretsch Anniversary parties across the U.S. this summer and fall. They recently released a single titled “Runaway Cowgirl” and are in the studio recording a full length album right now!
