Boo is one of the finest songwriters in the country whose songs have been recorded by many artists and featured in films and TV programmes. Perhaps best known for his song “Patience of Angels”, which was a hit for Eddi Reader and also nominated for an Ivor Novello Award. As a solo act he is a great performer and entertainer. Boo will be supported by the Jazmine Ava trio. Jazmine last appeared Upstairs in May 2012 and those who were there witnessed one of the most memorable performances of the year.
