Forget The Down- embracing melodic post Verve/U2 indie rock and channeling a little hard edged Foo Fighters behaviour within the near Blur jangle end of their work beautifully well, big live act.
Chinese Missy- American honey toned powerpop meets grunge very sucessfully here...the pop Beatles end of Nirvana and a little Ramones..wonderful.
Kinky Wizzards- so much going on with this band what with their virtuosity and their hard rocking edge, but suffice to say fans of Zappa, Jeff Beck and Todd Rundgren will all find plenty to enjoy with da Wizzards.
Capital Collision- the funk meets the rock via the cleansing lens of hiphop...yeah, supercool live shenanigans, fans of RHCP will dig but theres even a Jamie T element.
I Am Super Ape-Shoegazing psychedelic indie rock but with a heavy stoner/grunge vibe, pretty mesmeric in places and rocks like Black Rebel Motorcycle Club in others
