Following a highly successful concert at St Mark's Church, where they sang John Rutter's Gloria with Essentially Brass, this summer sees Mansfield Choral Society team up with John Ogdon Award winners; Abigail Broughton and Jacob Savage to perform a selection from Elgar and Brahms. The choir, conducted by their Musical Director, Peter Siepmann; will sing Elgar's 'From The Bavarian Highlands' and a selection of Brahms's 'New Liebeslieder Waltzes' and 'Geistliches Lied'. Soprano, Abigail Broughton will perform a selection from Elgar and Brahms, whilst Jacob Savage will delight us on the piano with a selection from Chopin.
