::: CLIMBING TREES :::
Pioneers of the self-coined 'Cymrucana' scene, BBC Introducing favourites CLIMBING TREES released critically-acclaimed debut record 'Hebron' in the summer of 2013, receiving regular airplay from the likes of new music stalwarts Bethan Elfyn and Adam Walton in support of the album, as well as being playlisted across BBC Radio Wales and gaining both 'Artist of the Week' and 'Single of the Week' recognition for their track 'Aloisi'. Recent months have seen the band supporting touring artists as diverse as Jamie Cullum and Spin Doctors, along with appearances at the likes of Swn Festival and Do Not Go Gentle Festival, playing with other rising Welsh acts such as Paper Aeroplanes and Al Lewis. With The Trees recently announced as one of twelve artists chosen as part of BBC Cymru Wales' 'Horizons' project, the band are set to appear at a host of festivals this summer, with a Welsh tour earmarked for the autumn. Whilst constantly working on new material for their next release, a!
Maida Vale session awaits - 2014 is set to be a big year for Climbing Trees.

::: ELLIE MAKES MUSIC :::
Cardiff-born singer-songwriter Ellie James - aka ELLIE MAKES MUSIC - has supported the likes of Paper Aeroplanes, Al Lewis, Lucy Rose and Jose Vanders with her coming-of-age stories of teenage life. Currently based in Bath (where she's studying for an Integrated Masters in Commercial Music, no less), Ellie performs regularly on both the Cardiff and Bath circuits, and has, bizarrely, performed at the House of Commons in London for a BBC Radio 2 invite-only folk event! In October 2012 Ellie won The Stage For Singer-Songwriters competition at Cardiff Music Festival before releasing debut EP 'City Lights' in September 2013. Her most recent single 'I Pray' has gained BBC 6Music airplay ahead of a full release, scheduled for early 2015.

::: MADDIE JONES :::
Ystrad Mynach's MADDIE JONES is fast gaining a reputation for her bombastic solo performances, whilst regularly appearing alongside 'The Men', a group of improvising backing musicians featuring cello, bass, mandolin and djembe. Following her triumph at Cardiff's Big Gig Competition in 2013, Maddie has performed at a number of festivals including the brand new Hub Festival, and the well-established Swn Festival. Maddie has recently gained airplay and recorded live sessions for both BBC Radio Wales and Nation Radio in support of her second EP, 'Mr Walrus', released in Autumn 2013, and is set to record and tour with renowned producer Charlie Francis in the coming months.
