The wonderful London Klezmer Quartet are having a party to celebrate their new CD. Due out in September, their third album features the extraordinary voice of Indra Buraczewska, the band's Australian bass player. Hear her "vast, singular contralto" (Sydney Morning Herald) on 20 August, as well as Susi Evans (clarinet), Ilana Cravitz (fiddle) and Carol Isaacs (accordion) playing their rich and diverse repertoire of old and new traditional tunes. Don't miss the band described by fROOTS as "the most dexterous and interesting of contemporary klezmer ensembles".
