We're a week later than normal so everyone can enjoy the fireworks, but the laughter will still be explosive, with fantastic comedy from:

Dave Johns:

Dave has gained a reputation as an inventive, exciting and extremely funny comedian winning applause from his audiences, respect from his fellow comics, and rave reviews from the critics. He has had two very successful runs at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in two highly acclaimed shows 'Dave Johns On The Edge' and 'I'm in The Attic Mother' at the Pleasance Theatre, the latter of which won the Spirit of the Fringe Award. He has been invited to perform across the world from Glastonbury to Hong Kong, Leeds to Bangkok and has performed at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival in Australia and the Just For Laughs comedy festival in Montreal.

"He shifts from the sublime, to genius, to uproar in the blink of an eye...extremely entertaining" - The Guardian
"Dave Johns has an uncontrived manner and sense of fun on stage that most comics can only dream about" - The Scotsman

With top-notch support from...

Brian Damage and Krysstal:

Since meeting at The Edinburgh Festival in 2000 Brian & Krysstal have entertained and delighted all kinds of audiences at comedy clubs, cabaret nights, festivals, corporate and private functions in locations far and wide. Regular fixtures
at The Edinburgh Festival for eight years, the duo have worked all over the UK as well as Germany, South Africa, Gozo, Spain, Denmark, Ireland, Australia and of course... Peckham. Brian is infamously grumpy and deadpan, while his assistant
Krysstal is glamorous but ditzy. The combination is unique and very funny. Their timing is exquisite, their humour dry and sometimes bawdy.

"As daft and charming as they are funny" - The Stage
"Always enjoyable.... incredibly funny" - Chortle

Rob Thomas:

Originally from Wales, Rob is proving his worth as an intelligent and very funny comedian. He beat the Comedy Store's gong on his first appearance and has won the Comedy Café's New Act Night twice.

Compere Kate Smurthwaite:

Kate has just returned from another successful run at the 2014 Edinburgh Fringe. Last year she won a Three Weeks Editor's Choice award, naming her one of the ten best things about the Edinburgh Fringe. Kate is a regular guest on BBC 1, BBC News 24, Channel 4, Channel 5, ITV, SkyTV, BBC Radio 2, BBC 5live, Woman's Hour and many other shows, calling it like it is and setting the world to rights.

"A powerhouse of observational wit" - The Spectator
"Genuinely funny" - Chortle
