‘The best show we ever had...please don’t go, we don’t want it to stop.’ Take Art
The Polish Play. Needham’s Theatre, City of Ely Community College, Downham Rd, Ely. Not an ordinary play - more an extraordinary event. Part of a national tour from Farnham Maltings this is a funny, affectionate and touching tale. Beginning as a story of Stash, a farmer from a village on the Polish Ukrainian border and his daughter Martha, as she travels to England to begin work as an au pair.
