The Danny Landau Band make their welcome return to Rocca, since their last performance at the BOOM Festival in May. They are a Band always in demand and have previously toured with City of Lights and The Dunwells. (If you ever needed a recommendation, those 2 bands should do it for Rocca gig regulars)

Over the years Danny has performed throughout the world, along side some very big names:

-Leeds Festival on the BBC Introducing Stage (2006).
-Jim Beam tours with Paolo Nutini, Little Man Tate,The Rifles, Millburn and Scouting For Girls.
-They were flown to Austria to play at the Great British Bob-sleigh Team Awards and their track (Sweet But True) was used as backing on future promo videos for the winter Olympics.
-7 day Tour of Germany also playing in all Jack & Jones Retailers on the way.
-Supported many others big names such as Kasabian, Amy MacDonald,Westlife, The Bluetones, Shed 7 and many more...

Dan was also asked to be Paolo Nutini's guitarist which after long thought, he turned down as he wanted to progress taking his song writing to the next level, becoming a successful solo artist.

Danny’s family are of Irish background. His grandparents were well respected folk musicians playing all over the UK for over 50 years and were the reason he became obsessed with making and performing music. After finding out the news of his Granddad dying as well as leaving him his 30 year vintage Gibson Acoustic, his Granddad left him a last message to continue the family tradition as a folk musician ,which then inspired Dan to write '45' and go back to his roots.

Dan returned home quickly with a full bag songs ready to go and quickly found his sound!

Within 2 months he has recorded & created a music video for his 1st track '45' (recorded, mixed and mastered by the band) ,which he believes is a perfect example of the direction he will be taking. A new EP will be coming soon.

Support is to be announced soon
