As part of a unique residency at Dorchester Arts Centre, Robin Ince will be trying out new material in the third of four shows in the run-up to his autumn tour.
Though known to many as the put-upon support act of Ricky Gervais, Robin has in fact become one of the most popular comedians in the country following his regular appearances on radio and television, and the creation of his comedy phenomenon, The Book Club. He is also comedy consultant on hit Channel 4 series, Skins.
Robin mixes a wealth of knowledge about music and film with absurdism and a unique, biting, silly style that has made him so popular the world over.
