PEGGY SUE & THE PICTURES
..(formerly Peggy Sue & The Pirates) is Rosa Rex and Katy Klaw from Brighton via London. Their friendship was originally based on a mutual appreciation of teen film 'Empire Records' and an unspoken rivalry about their collections of Regina Spektor bootlegs. Then in January 2006, Katy was offered a gig and asked Rosa along to keep her company on stage. The duo played 3 songs one of which they wrote that night and Peggy Sue was born.
Peggy Sue neé Peggy Sue & The Pirates release their brand new EP, Body Parts, on August 4th 2008 and to celebrate throw a party with some of their favourite artists.
