There was never any doubt that we would welcome back Eilen Jewel and her band for this their second visit of 2008. Their show in April was a true GPOS belter - and they received raving responses wherever they went in the UK. You may already have heard BOB HARRIS lose it when they visited his show: listen out for their session on MARK LAMMAR's show (recorded in April, but due to broadcast in August) and hear a (normally hard-to-impress) DJ respond like a kid given the keys to the sweet shop.

And, talking of truly great Brighton bands, look no further than SALTER CANE. They have a new EP released around the time of this show, and you can probably pick up a copy at the show.
