International Concert Pianist Phillip Dyson returns to Northern Ireland after his recent hugely successful visits as Concerto Soloist of the Ulster Orchestra and his memorable ‘Sell-Out' Recital at Elmwood Hall for the Belfast Festival at Queen's. He appears at Strule Arts Centre as part of his 50th Birthday Tour Celebrations. Phillip Dyson is recognised as one of Britain's most sought after and innovative Concert Pianists. He has gained enormous popularity for his unique abilities in both the Classical and Light Music repertoire. His rapport with audiences, brilliant technique and innate sensitivity constantly win him the highest of praise. For this evening of Light and Jazzy Music, Phillip will include The Entertainer and Maple Leaf Rag by Scott Joplin, Billy Mayerl's Marigold and Sweet William and George Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue.
