David Broad, ‘Serious’ Sam Barrett and Michael Rossiter are young Leeds musicians with a shared love of American and British roots music: folk, blues and country. Playing 6- and 12-string guitars and singing with conviction, these self-confessed “middle class English boys trying to sound like poor Americans” are a joy to listen to.
