To celebrate their 7th year anniversary, JungleDrums will host the UK debut of amazing rising star Céu, with a night including support from the fantastic Zeep and London’s DJ legend, DJ Limão, making for an unprecedented line-up of Brazilian talent that is capturing the imagination of those in the know.
Receiving rave reviews from the top critics, Céu’s headlining this momentous event for the leading Brazilian/Latin Magazine in the UK is an exciting prospect in a young vibrant venue.
The performance is timely for Céu who is due to release her new album, Vagarosa, later in November. Céu’s fresh tropilectro sound is emblematic of her hometown São Paulo, the intensely urban, forward-looking megalopolis of the tropics, epicentre of the independent music scene in Brazil and a buzzing hotbed of invention and musical breakthrough.
