Having recently been awarded the World Routes Academy scholarship from BBC Radio 3, Iraqi 'Ud player Khyam Allami is preparing for a hectic schedule of travels and performances. He will be performing a mix of traditional and contemporary compositions and improvisations from across the Middle East with one of Europe's greatest percussion maestros, Andrea Piccioni.
If you missed Cigdem's stunning performance in support of Yasmin Levy at Cadogan Hall last month, this is your chance to see her. She will be performing the “The Songs of Smyrna” with Pavlos Carvalho on Bouzouki, Pavlos Melas on Guitar and Cahit Baylav on Violin.
