Colzium Estate comes to life with the arrival of Kilsyth's International Carnival, headlined by national treasure and Scotland's pre-eminent singer-songwriter Dougie MacLean.
Known the world over for his unique blend of lyrical, 'roots based' songwriting, Dougie MacLean’s songs have been covered by a whole host of artists from Paulo Nutini to Frankie Miller and have gained him an international reputation as songwriter, composer and extraordinary performer. Listen out for Homecoming Scotland theme ‘Caledonia’.
Elsewhere on site, 2 music stages featuring bands covering everything from ska to jazz and world music to hip hop will keep the crowd's toes tapping.
All this plus a big top, craft market, food and drink, free circus workshops and the carnival parade.

NOTE: Under 12's go free when accompanied by a ticket holding adult aged 18 or over.
