Can I have a refund? » 

We're happy to refund your ticket in the following circumstances:
(a) an Event is cancelled;
(b) an Event is moved to another date and you decide not to retain your Booking for the rescheduled Event; or
(c) details of an Event are significantly changed after an order is placed (significant changes being a change of headline act or venue)

We cannot refund your ticket outside of these circumstances. However, if you are unable to attend the event you can reallocate the tickets into the name of somebody who would like to attend in your place by logging in to your account, clicking on 'my tickets' and then 'reallocate' - hopefully this way a friend or family member can enjoy the event in your place (and let you know exactly what you missed!). You can reallocate tickets up to midnight the day before the event, or midnight on Thursday for events between Friday and Sunday.
