I can't log into my account.
Don't panic - check you're using the correct email address to log in with and are entering your password correctly. If you've forgotten your password enter your email address in the space in the 'Forgot password?' section on the login page - we'll reset your password and email it over to you.
Sometimes customers can have problems logging in to their account because they've accidentally registered multiple accounts with the same email address. If you think you might have duplicate accounts, drop our Support department a line from here and we'll sort that out for you.
Don't panic - and don't order again until you've worked out whether the first transaction went through successfully.
You can check your tickets at any time by logging in to your account here and selecting 'my tickets'. If your tickets are not listed here, it may be that you have duplicate accounts after registering more than once. If you think this might be the case, please contact our Support department from here.
