Full Weekend ticket prices increase on 1st April 2008
In order to fulfil your order, customers names and addresses will be passed on to Shrewsbury Festival. Please contact them by emailing: sandra@shrewsburyfolkfestival.co.uk if you do not want to be included in their future mailings.
The Box Office, Campsite, Marquee Venues and Free Car Park will be based at the West Midlands Showground. The site opens at 10.00am Friday 22nd August. Please note that the festival finishes at about 6.00pm on Monday 25th.
TICKETS: give unlimited access to all events subject to individual venue capacity; we do not sell specific event/artist tickets. Tickets are not transferable and should be displayed at all times. Wristbands cannot be replaced if lost. Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds on any ticket.
INDIVIDUAL DAY TICKETS: Friday 6.30pm-midnight, Saturday 10.00am-midnight, Sunday 10.00am-midnight, Monday 10.00am-6.30pm.
A FULL WEEKEND: ticket is valid from Friday to Monday.
CONCESSIONS: - OAP/ES40/NUS/DISABLED proof of eligibility will be required upon ticket collection.
YOUTHS: are aged 11 to 17 years. Tickets are HALF PRICE. Youths must be accompanied by an adult.
CHILDREN: under 11 years. Tickets are FREE. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
A FAMILY: ticket is for 2 adults and 2 youths.
ALL TICKETS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CAMPING: is available to Full Weekend ticket holders only and should be booked at the same time as your weekend tickets. Free camping for children and youths. The cost of camping is PER ADULT and covers four nights - Friday to Monday. The campsite is open from 10.00am Friday to 12 noon Tuesday and is adjacent to the marquee venues, craft fair, children’s events, caterers and bars. Thursday camping is not permitted. Cars can be parked next to your caravan or tent and can be moved on and off site unless the weather is very wet. There are designated quiet, late night and family areas, ample flushing toilets, sinks and showers and loads of taps for drinking water. The campsite is suitable for seasoned and novice campers alike and is completely flat.
FACILITIES FOR DISABLED PEOPLE: Wheelchair access at most venues, designated camping area situated close to wheelchair accessible toilets and showers. More information is available on the festival web site.
A FREE (ON-SITE) CAR PARK: is available for people who are not camping.
