THE POTTING SHED CABARET

Albert Dock complex, near the Pier Head

On board Walk the Plank's theatre ship, Canning Dock, Liverpool

www.walktheplank.co.uk

An exciting mix of homegrown talent and special guests from further afield, including Barcelona, Basel and Copenhagen. Comedy, impro, spoken word, dance, burlesque, theatre and magic, with installations, assignations, and music aplenty – as the house band entertain with tunes to suit each evening’s theme, guest singers, and late night DJ’s offer unusual tunes from Balkan beats to deviant country. Each germ of an idea will be fed, watered and nurtured for your delectation and delight, with an emphasis on work that is visual, physical, political, grotesque, underground, eccentric and eclectic.

Guest Head Gardeners curate the evening’s entertainment, so that you can expect the best in organic ideas and a well-pruned environment. We, in turn, expect you to dress up, turn up, and be up for something a bit different.

Doors open 7.30pm, entertainment begins 8.30pm. Arrive early to secure a table/seat
