Straight No Chaser
Sister band to Timeline, founders of the (cream of the new jazz generation) F-ire Collective, and featuring a similar line up, Méta Méta is joined by a guest vocalist to play a sumptuous set of tunes inspired by the Afro-Cuban tradition.
Tonight the band joins forces with Oxford’s own Afropean Choir and Zap Mama singer, Anita Daulne, to present a rich blend of African, Cuban and European inspired music together in the beautiful setting of St Barnabas Church. Presented in collaboration with Big Village.
