We are pleased to announce the move to our new home! Prestwold Hall next July.
The area is well serviced by public transport, rail and by air and is just 10 minutes from either J23/J24 M1.
The venue is easy to get to and to keep secure including the camp sites. Camping Zones, Quiet, Family, Standard and Disabled.
The Americana umbrella encompasses so much! 2014 will include all the usual genres of cool Anglo-American music and stars from across the globe! From the 1940's- Modern Day. Country, RnR, Cajun, Rockabilly, Hillbilly, RnB, 60/70's and now we will be introducing stars from the Mod Era to the mix.
We also be giving our full attention on building up the 'Kidz Zone' with many 'free to participate' ideas.
Working in collaboration with The Pin Up Academy we see the return of Miss Americana, 2 heats! 1x Professional 1 x Girl Next Door.
A dedicated traders area for fashion, to go hand in hand with the 4th annual Fashion show hosted by BooBoo Kitty Couture, Kitty Wink's Beauty Parlour, plus a larger craft fair area managed by Noo Noo's and other related trade stands and food vendors. Custom Bike Shows, displays of American and Pre 75' Euro / British classic vehicles with awards up for grabs in the Show and Shine!
50's style fairground, Face Painting, Street Entertainers Native American Indians Tattooists Evening Burlesque shows.
Free Line Dance and Jive lessons. The return of the Settlers encampment and Wyatt Earp Western style shoot out.

AMERICANA INTERNATIONAL 2014 BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS- CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT
Completing the booking form, signs you and your party into an agreement to the following T&C’s below.
**Please take the time to read the following information**
Ticket Process: All payment confirmations will be sent to you via Email which you will need to print off and keep safe until you arrive at the event and exchange for your festival wristbands. If you do not have Email please contact the office.
Upon Entry *A wristband will be attached to you wrist by our gate staff upon entry.*You agree not to remove or tamper with your wristband. *You understand that if damaged, stretched or lost, you will be ejected from the Event.*Americana Promotions Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission and/or to remove any person from the Event in its sole discretion without reason.*You understand that if you seek entry to the Event using (No or) a void Ticket, You may be liable to legal action for trespass. If You behave in a manner which has or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other persons at the Event; if You use threatening, abusive or insulting words or mannerisms; if you are found in possession of any prohibited item or substance; if in Our reasonable opinion You are acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs; if You fail, when required, to produce proof of identity of age; if You breach these Terms. We may prosecute you if you cause damage to the property, Venue or infrastructure. *We reserve the right to conduct security searches, refuse admission or eject you from the Event should you not comply with such searches.*We can confiscate any item, which in our reasonable opinion, may cause danger or disruption to any other persons at the Event. Without limitation, the following may not be brought into the Venue: laser pens; items which may be regarded as weapons; illegal substance, Chinese lanterns, Motorised small vehicles.*you agree to comply with any instructions given to you by us, and Event staff.
Young Visitors at Americana International -You as the parent / guardian agree …*Everyone 25 and under will bring Photo ID for entry.
*Children aged 12 and under admitted free if accompanied by a paying adult.*If you are bringing a child aged 12 or under who looks older than 12 you will need to bring ID to verify their age.*All children over the age of 5 will have to wear a wristband. *There will be a discounted fee for 13-17 year olds. Please see prices overleaf or on the website.*Age 17’s and under will need to be accompanied by a paying guardian over the age of 25. (4 under 18’s per guardian permitted.) *Provide Photo ID upon entry for anyone under the age of 25. Accepted forms of ID- Driving License – Passport – Prove It Card. If you do not have any, you can get photo ID from www.oneid4u.co.uk/apply.html failure to provide photo ID will result in an adult admission fee or refusal of admission.*Supervising your child / children at all times and understand that you will be held responsible for their behaviour. If they miss behave your whole group / family will be ejected from the event, so be a responsible parent/ guardian. *The bars are ‘challenge 25’ photo ID will be required.
General Booking information *All vehicle’s or accommodation unit’s booked will be provided with a unique booking reference. You agree to pay the £4 cost for each reference issued. (IE if arriving in separate vehicles, more than four people in your unit or you have more than one accommodation unit a unique ref; will be provided for each vehicle or unit).*As part of our commitment to ensuring that all tickets are purchased by genuine Festival goers you may be asked for additional security information when purchasing tickets such as a copy of a utility bill or photo identification to accompany your booking.*We do not permit large group bookings.*You can purchase up to 4 adult tickets under each address. If you plan to buy tickets for other people we will need their address details to purchase tickets on their behalf. They must be advised that you have entered them into this contract. A copy will be sent out with your E Ticket confirmation.*Booking confirmations or balance chasers will be Emailed to you within 7 working days of receipt of payment. If you have not received after this time please contact the office. *Data collected will be destroyed three months after the Festival, except addresses and emails which will be used to inform you of events run by us, unless you opt out.
Payments *It is your responsibility to remember to pay your balance. Any tickets for which the balance has not been paid by the final deadline will forfeit any payments made.*If paying your balance in instalments is an option you would like to consider, please contact the office to arrange.
*Your booking confirmation will be emailed to you, it will be your responsibility to look after it. Duplicate tickets will not be issued under any circumstance.
Camping *You agree, the camping fee specified is for a maximum of 4 adults per unit, if there is more of you then you will need to purchase another camping unit ticket. * If you have an Awning or Gazebo you will be required to pay the extra fee as per the booking form. * Please tick which camping zone you will like to go in, failure to notify us, you will be sited in the standard camping zones. * We do not reserve camping spaces, If you and your friends would like to camp together, you must arrive together. * Only those who have a camping wristband will be allowed into the camping areas. *You will not play your music loud, rev engines, sound horns and must switch off your generators no later than midnight. Respect your neighbours and their property. *We ask our visitors to keep an eye on your neighbours & get them to do the same for you. * Each camp site entry gate will have 24hr security, If you do see someone acting suspicious, immediately contact security. We can only deal with a problem if we know about it, complaints are very difficult to deal with after the Event. *Do not leave valuables in your tent when away from it and when asleep, keep you valuables hidden. We do have lockers on site for a small fee, should you care to secure any valuables. However, your property is your own responsibility.*Americana Promotions Ltd are unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses, or injuries sustained at this event - including damage and losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons.*If you bring any pets, you agree to be responsible for their welfare, keep them on a lead and clean up any mess immediately * Do not leave them locked in vehicles or camping units.*No unauthorised trading is permitted at the Event.
Exhibitors and friends of exhibitors
*The discounted fee is applicable for 2 adults per motorcycle – 4 adults per vehicle. This covers all American vehicles plus pre-75 classic cars & motorcycles. All other occupants will be charged the non-exhibitors fees. *Registration details will be required upon booking.
You must arrive in / on the qualifying vehicle to get the discount. A vehicle permit will be issued for your qualifying vehicle.
*If you need to bring your accommodation with another vehicle you agree that you will need to bring the qualifying vehicle to the event first to collect the correct wristband or you will be charged the difference.*Cruising the showground is allowed after 6pm, when the public gates have closed. *You agree to be a responsible driver, to take care at all times and use your lights during darkness. Do not Drink Drive / Ride and put other people at risk. *Driving on the showground has the same rules for driving on the road. You must hold a license, have at minimum of 3rd party Insurance and an MOT for your vehicle.*You agree to stick to the showground speed limit of 10mph. Any one speeding or doing burn outs are dangerous and you will be ejected from the event. *You agree to display your vehicle on Saturday and Sunday in the display areas. *None qualifying vehicles are not permitted inside the internal fields. (Excludes traders and Americana officials)*Your Co-operation with the new changes would be wholly appreciated. Please be patient and courteous to our marshals while the new processes are put into action.
Deaf & Disabled Access Information *The disabled facilities onsite are for visitors with permanent disabilities, so broken legs, recent injuries or pregnant woman do not qualify for these facilities.*You will need to provide your blue badge number upon booking and have it visible upon arrival.*A permit will be issued for the disabled area.*Only those staying in your accommodation will be allowed entry with you to this area. Any other accommodation or friends will be camped on the perimeter campsites.*Wheelchair accessible toilets *A secure fridge for the storage of medicine and a charge point for your mobility scooters at the Medical centre. We hope to have a mobility service on site which will come at a fee.

TROUBLE MAKERS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED NO SECOND CHANCE GIVEN
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO ANYONE WHO IS CONSIDERED A NUISANCE OR THREAT TO THE FESTIVAL, VISITORS, STAFF, ARTISTES AND PROPERTY.
Organisers reserve the right to cancel or alter any part the event and T&C’s without prior notice to the public.
STRICTLY NO REFUNDS UNLESS THE SHOW IS CANCELLED.
