Chorley Little Theatre, Dole Lane, PR7 2RL

28th April to 3rd May 2014 - 7.30pm (doors open 7pm)

Hold onto your hats and maintain your stiff upper lips - this rip-snorting adventure yarn is full of danger, hilarity, derring-do, double-crossing, and dastardly murders.

Loosely based on John Buchan’s novel, and inspired by Alfred Hitchcock’s film this fast-paced play set in 1930s England puts the cast through it’s paces as handsome hero Richard Hannay is forced on the run from double-crossing double agents after being accused of murder. With our hero being tracked from London to Edinburgh (and back again) nowhere is safe and no-one can be trusted.

This ripping yarn will have you laughing out loud as bungling policemen, underwear salesman, and Scottish hoteliers conspire to stop our hero clearing his name and saving King and country.
