How much are your booking fees?
We pride ourselves on having some of the lowest booking fees in ticketing; our standard booking fee is just 10% of the face value of your ticket. If the ticket you're purchasing is more than £25.99, your booking fee will be less than 10%.
As we act as an agent on behalf of the venue, promoter or festival you bought tickets for, the face value ticket price will go directly to the event organiser. The booking fee covers all of our costs associated with your transaction - including card charges, staffing, VAT, affiliate commissions, our office overheads and ongoing technical research and development.
There are no hidden charges and we don't add a separate "transaction fee" to your order - we like to keep the process simple and as transparent as possible.
