I have reallocated my tickets to someone else but I'm not sure if it worked properly. » 

You can check the names against your tickets by logging in to your WeGotTickets account here and clicking on 'my tickets'. If the ticket you meant to reallocate is still listed in your name you should attempt to reallocate it again.

You can also re-send the confirmation email from your account - this will go to the email address you gave for your friend when reallocating the tickets.

No, it's none of those things above. I need help with something else.
