Please note that our office hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, and, while we endeavour to deal with every query as quickly as possible, you should allow one working day for us to reply. If you have a question outside of our office hours we would advise contacting either the venue or the event organiser directly.
If you have a specific question about the event or venue, it may be worth contacting the event organiser or venue directly, as this is likely to be the quickest way to get your question answered. You should find contact details for most venues and event organisers at the bottom of the event page you're interested in attending.
