I have reallocated my tickets to someone else but I'm not sure if it worked properly.
You can check the names against your tickets by logging in to your WeGotTickets account here and clicking on 'my tickets'. If the ticket you meant to reallocate is still listed in your name you should attempt to reallocate it again.
You can also re-send the confirmation email from your account - this will go to the email address you gave for your friend when reallocating the tickets.
Don't panic - and don't order again until you've worked out whether the first transaction went through successfully.
You can check your tickets at any time by logging in to your account here and selecting 'my tickets'. If your tickets are not listed here, it may be that you have duplicate accounts after registering more than once. If you think this might be the case, please contact our Support department from here.
