What if an event is cancelled or postponed? » 

We know how frustrating it is when an event you're looking forward to is cancelled or postponed better than most, so we'll let you know as soon as a cancellation or postponement is confirmed to us by the venue or event organiser. This notification will be sent to the email address associated with your WeGotTickets account.

Sometimes it's not possible to reach everyone when an event is cancelled at the last minute, but we'll do our best to inform you and to make sure the venue or event organiser takes every possible step to let you know before you head out.

If an event is cancelled we usually refund the face value of your ticket, if it's postponed tickets are usually valid for the new date.

Booking fees are non-refundable in all cases. See 'Why is your booking fee non-refundable?' for more information.
