This will be Newcastle Indiepoppunk LEGENDS Milky Wimpshake's first ever Brum gig. I've no idea why it's taken so long to get them here but that is immaterial now. MILKY WIMPSHAKE!

The 3-piece have been doing the rounds for nearly 20 years and have put out records on awesome labels including Slampt (Pete's old label), Fortuna Pop, Ferric Mordant, and Troubleman Unlimited, as well as putting on some of the most life-affirming, air-punching, disco-dancing pop shows the world has ever witnessed!

Ace Bushy Striptease
Y'all know this Brumpopcore dudes. They bring big, riffy pop tunes and pop's finest example of gang vocals. They scorched earth at last year's Indietracks and made loads of people's 'Best of Fest' lists. this is because they are well mega.

El Burro
I happened across these guys at 8bit Lounge in the tail-end of 2010. I'd never heard of them before but they're dead good! They describe themselves as "Broken SNES. Noisy bits. Electronic pop with a New Wave heart and a glitchy brain." And that's pretty bloody spot on from what I saw.

Tickets will be £5 on the door.
Bands will definitely be done by 11pm for anyone that needs to get buses/trains.
The bar will be cans & stuff so will be cheaper than usual.
Hopefully we're going to rustle-up some peripheral stuff for this gig in the way of interesting stalls & stuff but nowt is confirmed as yet.
