Event information

"This entire country is a battleground between the forces of civilisation and the forces of nature. If we lose, England will starve."

Food is running short, the country is struggling, and an unseen enemy is to blame. With Samuel and Judith’s farm falling short of its quota and a contamination suspected, William Bloor – a ‘Foxfinder’ – is dispatched to locate and exterminate the cause...

A gripping and unsettling parable, FOXFINDER is darkly comic exploration of belief, desire and responsibility, set in a world both strange and familiar.

FOXFINDER premiered at the Finborough Theatre in 2011, where it was hailed as “the most compelling work I have seen this year” (Guardian), a “spell-binding dystopian parable” (Independent), and “a thrillingly original piece of writing” (Time Out” which “has all the hallmarks of an instant classic” (Whatsonstage).
