This years Parade and Festival proceedings will begin with a civic reception Launch Party on Friday 6th March, taking place in beautiful surroundings of The Macdonald Burlington Hotel.
Guests will enjoy a sumptuous meal followed by live traditional Irish entertainment, and dancing!
