A CABARET OF ALL THINGS!
Sunday 18th October, 6pm 'til late
The Lexington, Islington

Join us for an evening of unrivalled pleasure, as we bring you some of London's most exciting acts - all in aid of the participatory theatre company and charity, Spare Tyre. On the bill, are:

*OLD DIRTY BRASSTARDS*

*INDIA ELECTRIC CO.*

India Electric Co. - Cole Stacey and Joseph O'Keefe - mix Eastern European themes with pop music and folk.

"Sometimes folk, sometimes not. India Electric Company travel through Eastern European themes, gypsy jazz and Irish reels to end up with something quirky and glittery - a veritable musical magpie's nest."
Mary Ann Kennedy, BBC Radio 3

In March 2015 they released their debut album 'The Girl I Left Behind Me' and are currently supporting and accompanying Midge Ure on the extensive Breathe Again tour throughout Europe. They've recently found themselves performing live sessions on BBC Radio 2, 6 Music, and at Glastonbury Festival.

*SIDNEY AND PERCY*

Comedy clown double act Sidney & Percy - Stephanie Ware and Oliver Collier - are the unconfirmed secret love children of Chas & Dave and Liza Minnelli.

From vintage tunes and film classics, to pub Joanna hits, plinky plonk, honky tonk, vaudeville and burlesque, the virtuosity of this unruly and hilarious pair is mind-boggling! You can expect pub-sing-a-long classics, a lot of lambeth walk elbows, eyelashes and foul mouthed banter with their high energy mixture of oldies and original comedy songs.

*THE G-CRANAY QUARTET*

Smooth jazz vocals from the effervescent G-Cranay, and his exceptionally able musician pals. Prepare to be dazzled.

Tickets are just £12.50, with all proceeds to Spare Tyre, in order to continue their fantastic arts project work with disadvantaged London communities. More about Spare Tyre here: www.sparetyre.org
