An evening with Chicago singer/songwriter Michael McDermott, with Special Guest Heather Horton.

Often likened to Dylan and Springsteen, 2016 was a big year for Chicago singer/songwriter Michael McDermott. Voted Best Male Artist by Americana-UK readers, his album Willow Springs received several Best of 2016 accolades from the media. American Roots UK described it as one of the best album of the 21st century.

His live shows are legendary. Author Stephen King describes him as “one of the greatest Songwriters”.

Special Guest Heather Horton, who along with Michael form The Westies, a favourite of Bob Harris, debuts her first UK album release. Recorded in Nashville it has received early critical acclaim receiving 10/10 from Americana-UK and is being released on UK Americana label At The Helm on 15th September.
