Event information

Gates open at 5pm. Free Parking available on site and along the Racecourse road near the venue. Entertainment on the main stage commences 5.45pm with animation around the park from 5pm. Food trucks and stalls on site (some will be cash only). The Ninja and the Candyfloss cart will be here again along with the Japanese Superhero, Ultraman! This is an evening festival, estimated to finish at around 10pm and while we'll hope for a balmy night we do advise bringing a warm coat and even a blanket for your own comfort and enjoyment. It'd be a shame to miss the beautiful lantern finale due to getting chilly so bring layers and relax, enjoy this very special evening of Japanese Culture.
