Les Grys-Grys work with only the finest and most carefully selected musical influences to create a stunningly soul satisfying sizzling (and surprisingly distinctive) sound: the early Pretty Things and Kinks, 13th Floor Elevators, Q65, the Masters Apprentices, the Easybeats, the Mascots, Thor’s Hammer, and the Golden Dawn. About BeAT yOuR HeArT OuT
Started by two girls with a passion for live music, Our hearts beat to the sounds of punk, garage, rock n roll, 50s and 60s R&B, surf, psyche, rockabilly, soul and assorted slop: we’re definitely inspired by vintage sounds! The bands we put on tend to have a nod to the past, but they're not stuck there: the kind of trashy, fun stuff we like is very much alive and throbbing!
