Anne was born in September 1972, and moved to Milton Keynes in 1975 when her dad got a job at Wolverton Works. She was elected as the Stony Stratford Ward Councillor on May 8th 2019, and is the eldest of four daughters. Anne has three children and two grandchildren. Two of her children have autism. A keen Ripperologist, she has over 300 books on the subject, and is a member of the Whitechapel Society. She studied criminology at university, and is interested in Victorian crime and social issues.
